Nous avons séjourné une nuit (halte sur notre route des vacances) et avons profité pour visiter Nantes. Personnel aux petits soins : à l'écoute, disponible et sympathique. Grande chambre avec literie très confortable (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur la piscine que nous n'avons malheureusement eu pas le temps de tester. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage, heureusement le personnel est là pour aider à monter les valises si besoin. Grand parking sécurisé gratuit, nous avons pu y laisser notre voiture chargée sans inquiétude. It's not our first time dining in a Novotel restaurant, so we're familiar with the menu, but chose to come here because of a meal deal (otherwise, it's pretty pricey in our opinion). The serving sizes were on the small side, so if you're looking to dine light, this is good, otherwise, you'll leave the table hungry. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the food tasted OK. Service was really good; best among all the Novotel restaurants we've dined at in fact. The waiting time was reasonable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating of special requests. Overall an enjoyable dining experience.
Jolie surprise sur le chemin des vacances. Le Novotel Carquefou, notre halte habituelle sur le chemin des vacances, a rénové sa piscine qui est maintenant chauffée à 29 degrés! Côté chambre, le standard habituel Novotel avec un grand lit et un sofa, soit une chambre quadruple à 87€, petit dej compris, le 4 août, c'est à mon sens très raisonnable. Parfait pour une nuit.
Booked this hotel during an unusually hot spell in France. Swimming pool was a real feature out back, and the children enjoyed playing some outdoor games. The food was excellent, and reasonably priced. However this hotel's biggest asset were the friendly and professional staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend this hotel highly for a family stay.
