Upon entering, we found the ambiance of the restaurant to be fantastic with dim lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The music playing in the background was also excellent for the late hour. There was only one other couple there at the time, so it was very quiet.
The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by our server, Rosie. She greeted us promptly and was very accommodating. Despite only wanting a pitcher of beer, Rosie allowed us to sample a few options before making a selection. Unlike experiences at other restaurants where the service may stop after taking your initial order, Rosie went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with only one waitress working on a busy night. After waiting nearly 30 minutes to place an order, we complained to the waitress who then proceeded to speak negatively about us to other customers. We would prefer to take an Uber to a different restaurant than return here. Additionally, the prices are very high.
Our server, Rosie, was amazing. The service and conversation were great! Being from the United States, I was nice to be able to carry on a conversation with her in English. She is awesome!I would also highly recommend the poutine, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.
most of the meal I had here is good. the breakfast buffet is typical of eggs/bacon/fruit/bread, but everything is fresh and delicious. the dinner menu is limited and I had fun with it. the bar is nice to sit and talk to friends, they have big tables for big groups.

The restaurant does not offer an airport shuttle service as advertised. I recommend paying a little extra for another hotel that does offer this service. During our two-night stay, we spent an additional $150 on taxis. The room and staff were satisfactory.
the breakfast is for a house hotel in order, the offer is very expensive for what they get and only average, it is not bad because the total is in the middle of knowing where, so if they don't have a car on top.
we stopped to watch sport in the bar before we went to bed. appetizers are really boring, they need to add cheese plates, etc. the novotel in vaughn, on has a much better choice.
first this restaurant has changed its name. service was good, baked brie was pretty decent. the steak and the veggies were good. will be back when in the hotel.

Great food and good bar selection. It has a limited food and bar menu, but enough options.
