I would simply like to thank this entire establishment. Each person contributes to the well-being of their customers. We spent two nights for a sporting event and we will keep wonderful memories there. A special mention to Audrey for her charisma and attentiveness to the smallest detail during our stay. With pleasure, Francis, the steward of SELESTAT ALSACE HANDBALL.
We arrived fairly late when we stayed at the Novotel and the restaurant Cafe was still open. The staff were superb and although I'm sure they stayed a little later than they should we both enjoyed a good menu ! Just what we needed after a long day driving in Spain on our way to the UK ! We will use the Hotel and Restaurant again !!!!!!!
As always we enjoyed a delightful dinner at this restaurant. The wok was a nice surprise as well the well cooked pasta. All fresh ingredients and excellent service.something other restaurants in the area should learn.
Welcoming staff, comfortable room, secure parking, very pleasant terrace, special mention for the very professional restaurant staff and for the chef the new menu is great! Too bad the gym isn't worthy of the rest.
