Overall, this pub/hotel was very nice. The room was pleasant, although it was next to a Lidl. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, although it was a bit disrupted by the smoke alarm going off at 6.30am. The manager even asked me if I had used deodorant, which I found to be a strange question. The room itself was cozy and spacious with an excellent en suite. There wasn't much to do in the area in terms of activities or nightlife. The pub had a friendly atmosphere, but they didn't serve dinner on Monday or Tuesday evenings. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. It is in need of a renovation and does not offer breakfast. I did not have a pleasant experience during my stay. The rooms and service were average, and the location was decent.
