On Tripadvisor it is easy to comment if it is very well, well or good enough, then it becomes complicated because you can harm staff. Here the staff does not seem to be concerned with the mediocrity of the restaurant's proposal. Instead, I think of the management that makes a staff believe that he is a cook by confining his stoves, even if he certainly does not have the payroll, which would be fair. The nutri-gastronomic qualification is not at the height of the experience.
