As for parking, there may be some street parking available nearby with a two-hour max limit, but most spots are limited to 15 minutes or less. There is a large public parking lot located behind the restaurant, which you can access by cutting through an alley that divides the parking lot and street. Service-wise, it was excellent, and I dined in for dinner. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes include the Whiskey Doughnuts with Whiskey Caramel Sauce, the NWB Burger, the Hamburger, and the Whiskey Flight. Finding parking can be somewhat challenging, but there is free parking available in the lot.
While on a quest to find the best whiskey bars and old fashion cocktails in the state, I stumbled upon this bar located in downtown Lisle. Our server was outstanding and incredibly accommodating, offering several recommendations for drinks and food. I ordered the 29er and must say, it was exceptional – so good that I didn't want to try anything else! The burgers and cheese curds are also excellent choices. If you’re a fan of old fashions, make sure to visit this place!
Mia was an absolute joy. She was friendly and courteous, making a genuine connection with us and helping us feel right at home. She informed us that the restaurant was fully booked but suggested we order drinks and wait outside, which we were more than happy to do. We were eager to try the specials and the service was truly outstanding. Mia was remarkable, and our waitress Farrah was equally fantastic.
I've heard so many great things about this restaurant, so I was really looking forward to trying it for the first time last week. I ordered the shrimp salad, and it was delicious. The restaurant has an excellent variety of spirits and food! It offers a pleasant atmosphere for gathering with friends. Our server provided fantastic recommendations for appetizers (the cheese curds were delicious) and dinner.
Sam's service was warm and inviting. Definitely 5 stars. Our Big Jer burger was greasy. The Little Habana was just average. I don't think our Fresh cut fries were fresh. They were a little soggy. The bourbon flight was good.
The burgers are absolutely fantastic, and the service was impeccable! Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. Highly recommended for dining in!
