let me begin by the fact that ny bagel deli was my favorite pizza place. I don't know if it changed the owners, but today I was greeted by the rude person who took my order. you could say she hated her job and didn't want to be there. she seemed extremely upset. I ordered and auberginen parmigiana hero, a piece pizza with speck, 2 rainbow bagels, a medium ice and a koks. I received my Auberginen-Pamigiana helmets noticed it tasted funny. the woman has failed my simple order and put me a microwave bacon on my auberginenhelden. the aubergine also tasted a microwave. I've been to this place before. the aggression I had today, but has never withdrawn me! the woman who worked today had the worst customer service of all time and had an employment. I grew up in brooklyn, new york, and went in bagelläden my whole life long. Even when they were packed, they were never rude. there were only 1 customers in the shop today, and he was waiting. there was no load full of customers. we met the owner last year, and he spoke, and was very friendly while we ate our food outside, and he ate. we went to this Bagel shop this morning for the special reason to get the breakfast. it was a bit from where we stayed to be treated rudely, was very disappointing. This place is FANTASTIC!! I’m not from New York myself but I have brought a lot of my friends that are and they absolutely love it!!! Definitely check this place out. The New Yorker bagel is amazing btw. They always run out of them quick so I have to make sure I get there early.

I just came back to visit this one. I bought a box of black-and-white cookies from them and when I got them home, I discovered that they were Moldy. this place is disgusting.
