This place is the worst. In town for a doctor's appointment. Wanted to have some authentic Italian food. First my husband goes to make an order. The guy taking the order walks away while my husband is in mid-order. We order a medium pizza 1/2 sausage, a meatball parm sandwich, and an antipasto salad. We're taking everything back to our hotel since there is no dine-in. The pizza was burnt. The crust was black and inedible. The meatball sub was a joke. There was 1 (ONE) tasteless meatball cut in half with sauce and cheese. It didn't even cover half the bread. I paid $7.00 for one tasteless meatball. I lived in both NY and NJ for most of my life. No way that this place even comes close to anyth...
Good pizza and friendly staff. They offer a wide range of traditional pizzas and sides. Their pizzas aren?t anything unique, but they?re just the tasty pizzas you want when the craving hits you. I typically grab and go, because the interior isn?t anything particularly special. The tables on the far end of the parking lot, however, make a lovely place to enjoy your meal. The location is ideal because it?s within short walking distance to a Menchie?s Frozen Yogurt and a Starbucks? which make excellent pairings to a pizza. They offer pizza by the slice which is great for when you?re not eating with a group.
I?ve eaten at a lot of pizza places in NYC and this place stacks up with them in everything except for the size of the slice. The price is okay, but the taste was good of the pizza. I didn?t love the garlic knots, but the different pizza slices were enjoyable. I would still recommend this place if you?re looking for pizza by the slice in this area.
The pizza at Ny's Upper Crust Pizza is fantastic! I stopped by around 7:10 to place an order, but the employee informed me they were closing early due to low business and needed to clean up. While I understand the staff had been working since 8 AM, I wish they had been better prepared. It was disappointing, especially since I had my kids with me.

This was our first time ordering from Ny's Upper Crust Pizza. We ordered a "Works" pizza but got a Meat Lover's pizza by mistake. We also paid for ranch dressing, but it wasn’t included in our delivery. Despite these mix-ups, the food we received was tasty!

The staff were very friendly, and the Caesar salad was excellent—just as good as the first time I tried it. The pizza was delicious, and they even had black and white cookies! I highly recommend this place!

Ny's Upper Crust Pizza is a fantastic place to get pizza in Irvine. The garlic knots are incredibly addictive! Would I recommend it? Definitely!
High-quality pizza with a variety of toppings to choose from. Our favorite is the Greek.
