Visiting Montreux quickly, we opted for a "light" meal and saw the high ranking of ô 20 Delices. Although not vegetarians, we were happy to find this alternative option to the usual Italian / Swiss cuisines available. In ordering the daily menu (a vege soup, mushroom paste on homemade tagliatelle, large side salad in delicious Italian dressing plus cake at only 18 chf) and a very decent cheese omelette for my wife (together with side salad with nuts and croutons), we were exceptionally well-served without feeling stuffed. Dies ist ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit einer Sprachbarriere. Das Restaurant verfügt sowohl über Sitzplätze im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Wir saßen an einem Sommerabend draußen und es war herrlich. Da keiner von uns Französisch spricht und der Besitzer kein Englisch spricht, war die Bestellung schwierig. Doch ein paar Handbewegungen später und etwas Hilfe von Google Translate bekamen wir ein köstliches Abendessen. Es gab eine sehr leckere Auswahl, die sowohl Eltern als auch Kindern schmeckte. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich empfehle es sehr.
Just discovered this relatively new restaurant. The chef/owner is carefully selecting the ingredients and prepares delicious vegetarian dishes.Had pasta with fresh girolles which were very tasty. Mixed salad was prepared with different dressings depending on the vegies. Very good wines from the region were proposed by the glass. The service was very attentive and warm. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
I think this place is new, just off the main road in the centre of Clarens. A little cafe serving vegetarian food. The menu is great value at 18CHF. Staff are friendly and the decor is clean and bright. It closes early (20:00 and 14:00 on Sundays). I will be in the area for a few months and will be back here often.

vegetarian Wellington just delicious. Excellent quality of ingredients, well presented, really gourmet and original. Wonderful warm welcome from the owners. Prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommendable restaurant.
Friendly, locally-owned cafe restaurant. Very reasonably priced (18 chf for salad, main meal, dessert), and what a joy to have vegetarian food featuring something other than pasta! The food was delicious.
I guess people enjoy this place because it is the only veg restaurant around? Been there once, frankly will not return. Service is ok, food really basic
Delicious meal and the proprietor was great. Even with the language barrier, she was creative about communicating points if interest.

Nice reception. Very nice cheese plate and glass of blonay. Perfect to stop in after a visit to the gallery across the street.
