Extremely upset about my experience at O Bar in Burger Clapiers. Take-out order recovered at 7:30 pm with 3 children's menus and a vegetarian burger menu. When you go to the table, a big, bleeding steak in my burger, I don't eat meat. I can't move back with the kids, so I phoned at 7:45 and asked for a delivery to get the right burger... Very cold phone contact and no home delivery according to this person while it is mentioned on their site. Proposal for a small commercial gesture to our next order by courtesy, because no coordinates. Lack of professionalism and customer service. I'm not going to recommend home.
We tested Burger Chèvre Miel, tacos 3 meats and tiramisu speculos. Personally delighted by the Burger really good seasoned. I find the idea of the rather original Pane Lip. On the Tacos side, my husband had difficulty finishing it. He had to add a little bit of sauce because dry but infet everything had fallen in the background. The fries were unfortunately cold we live not far! And for the shotamisu he was suitable.
We ordered at 6:45 for a delivery between 8:00 and 8:30. Finally, the order was postponed to 8:50 and then cancelled without reason.... Not even a call or a text message. Even if you treat delivery a minimum of respect for customers. Especially since we had already ordered and it's okay. Type of meal: Dinner
