Definitely worth a visit to try some Galician food in beautiful surroundings. The food comes with a twist on traditional dishes, but without over the top and with good/beautiful ingredients. Everything very nicely cooked/prepared. The wine list is excellent, with some high-quality (unusual) options. The building is wonderful, granite stone, on which everything was beautifully restored and with comfortable rooms, including a magical terrace and a fountain from the XIX century (not in use) in one of the private rooms.
An unplanned visit turned out to be the best gastronomic experience in Santiago. The setting is wonderful and the excellent service underlines the superb food. Although the dining area could be a little warmer (with outside temperatures of approximately 6° C. this place definitely should be on everybody's top of the list. We definitely will be back!
Wow, what a find. I was at the hotel next door or I probably wouldn't have found this place. Great service, welcoming and courteous, and the food was excellent. One of the best meals of a trip focuses on good food. The Scallop sashimi with haveero pico was especially unforgettable. Very recommended for a nice dinner.
Great little restaurant attached to a hotel. The food is excellent and well presented, and the tapas that is offered with drinks is very inventive. A meal we won't forget long. Beautiful culinary experience, but not pretentious. Service was nice and we ended up with a 3-course menu that never happened. Best wine, great desert and vegan options, incredibly green garden. It was art.
One of the best food experiences we had on our trip to Galicia, expect attentive service and excellent cooking of local produce. Very picturesque room and terrace as well. Must visit in Santiago.
Fresh and delicious food! Super good service also. The waiter was very nice and patient. More, they provide English menu and service. I spent ard £36 for this meal and it's totally worth it!
