If ZERO was an option I would choose that. Worst customer service EVER. They don't care if you are happy with what you bought or not, they just care about making money. My wife bought a small cake (6 round) here for her brother's birthday, and the cake was full of buttercream filler, and barely any actually cake. The cake cost $50, so you expect it to be good. We took it back to them, which was still 60% untouched, to let them know weren't happy with the quality due to the lack of actual cake. We used oak mill bakery for our wedding. The quality and taste of the assortment of desserts we ordered was amazing, along with the gluten free cake was delicious!! The communication was easy and responsive, and they always answered all of my questions regarding what they could make gluten free. Delivery was very smooth on the wedding day. I can't wait to return on our one year anniversary!
The 2 younger girls, start giving an attitude and rase their voice when i want to ask a simple questions where cakes come from! When i asked a number of manager or owner they refused to provide to contact manager and tell about accident! I would like to really speak to the manager, as there is no right to treat not as costumers but also human like this in US.

We ordered bread treats, cake pops, and fruit tarts. We had to warm up the bread for 15 seconds in the microwave to enhance the flavor. Everything else tasted good. However, the service at this restaurant is terrible. I will not be returning, no matter how delicious the food may be.
I am disappointed with the birthday cake I bought, as it was sour and had a bad smell in the filling. It was inedible, and I cannot understand how a restaurant can sell something like that. I specifically inquired if the cake was frozen, and was told it was not.
The prices at this restaurant are unreasonable. It is ridiculous that I paid over $32 for 4 Rogal Marcinski, which honestly should only cost a quarter of that price. The taste and filling do not justify the high cost, as it is comparable to an $8 pastry.
This bakery used to be the best,I ordered fruit cake and they gave me an ice cream frozen cake! Also , ordered 4 cupcakes but got one!It’s for the second time that they get me frozen Cake instead of the usual one I’ve been ordered for years!
