This is my second time in this place first time we were coming we were very happy we are in banana split and it was delicious very well may and this time we come in we were buried disappointed that one split was very very bad. The ice cream was one scoop was big another scoop was medium. The other was scoop was Harley to Sea in the plate, it was whipped cream was halfway melt and sounds like a people working right here. Today was a potty show in the office. Everybody was very slapping screaming in the back office now putting attention about the job and pretty much I’m very disappointed and definitely I don’t coming back. I’m going to looking for another store around my neighborhood.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. From the supervisor to the shift leader to the staff member, none of the employees seemed to understand how to deliver quality customer service. The entire experience felt robotic and lacking in warmth. There was no eye contact or greeting, which left a negative impression. I don't blame the staff member, as it was evident that there was no positive leadership or service-oriented example for them to follow.
We made a stop on our way back from a mission trip in Kentucky. With a group of fifty people, we were amazed that they managed to seat us and serve us in just 45 minutes! The team—Brianna, Cesar, Oscar, and Cassie—had an excellent system in place. We were initially hesitant to stop, but we're so glad we did!
Amazing place we found while driving around- very good ice cream and cute shop with some chess boards inside! Recommend to anyone who wants some different ice cream and big portions as well. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was terrible, and the prepackaged ice cream barely had the peanut butter and chocolate that I was looking forward to. It was really disappointing.
Best ice cream around, hands down. Unique limited time flavors such as root beer float milk or apple crisp ice cream.
This is definitely the best Oberweis in Cook County! The staff is friendly, and the treats are amazing!
