I'm so glad I don't live near Oberweis, because this place is definitely a gem! I still remember my first experience with Oberweis years ago while visiting Chicago, and their chocolate milk was incredibly rich and creamy. I had the chance to visit the Oberweis here, and it did not disappoint! The service was exceptional; we were attended to right away, even though it was bustling on a Sunday, and the staff were very friendly. Plus, you can enjoy a game of chess while savoring your ice cream! Among my friends, the blueberry pie was the standout favorite. The perfect balance of tart blueberries, sweet vanilla, and a crumbly pie crust made it a 10/10!
This is a fantastic spot located right in the lovely city square, surrounded by a lake and plenty of areas to unwind, elevating this location to a whole new level. You can select your favorite flavors while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Their offerings are truly authentic, bursting with flavor, and wonderfully rich and creamy. My personal favorite is the chocolate ice cream topped with whipped cream, but they offer many other delightful options as well. Great job!
Not only great ice, great surroundings with the town square (or Town Rectangle, as my daughter describes it more closely. Take the children, important others, grandparents, whatever, an ice cream and take your time. Have a conversation, go around, take some pictures of the landscape, watch the ducks, etc.
That's probably the best ice I ever had! They produce their own milk, have a milk delivery service, and of course they make their own ice cream. Too bad they don't deliver their ice cream together with their milk, but I guess we can't have everything. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
