we were often here a lot, but after it was renovated, we returned and the old staff was no longer there and the service was a bit slow and I had served my pasta dish almost cold when it was hot. when we went back after a few months, it was a Saturday night and there were 3 waiting staff, service was very slow and not as friendly as before, but their choice of mozzarellas are still amazing, therefore we go back. the food is freshly cooked, but there is no atmosphere and as I said, service is hit and miss. pity, will try another two.
The food was faultless. Very impressed! The service on the other hand was shocking. Worst service I have had in a long while. Both waiters were uninterested. We weren't offered drinks for 20 minutes, when I asked if we could order some he was rude and short with us. I would go again purely for the food, it was noisey too so conversations had to be shouted.
NiCe warm place with Good Italian food served by Tuscany waiters. Had a pasta (tasty) followed by a parmigiana (average) with a glass of red wine and still water total 41GBP! Overall a nice experience although a bit pricey to me
Booked a table for 7 and was impressed with the quality of food and attention to service. I will be going again to try a bit more of the menu, great Italian ingredients!

What an utter disappointment!
I have been to the Obica in Charlotte Street before and although I thought it pricey with small portion sizes, I was impressed
Beware - my fiancée ordered the Petto di Pollo Ruspante last night (12-Feb) and within hours began experiencing horrible food poisoning symptoms.
I decided to give Obica a try after being attracted by its nice appearance one evening. Although I'm glad I tried it, I don't plan on returning.
the mixed plate is good if a little expensive. I had better pizza in london. environment could be more alive.
