Visiting the 1000 Islands has been a family tradition for over 70 years. One of the activities we always do is have dinner out on the last night before heading home. This year, we chose O'Brien's. Overall, the food was decent, but the Chicken French was quite disappointing, and the fish fry tasted like it was cooked in old oil. On the bright side, the pizza was excellent. Based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t recommend it, but I hope this riverside restaurant takes the feedback to heart and works on improving its offerings.
I recently had lunch with my wife and mother, who uses a walker after a fall. We found the entrance to the dining room to be very accessible without any steps or ramps, which was a huge plus. We started with steamers as an appetizer, and they were delicious, just like our main courses. The service was excellent, even as the restaurant got busier. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. As for wheelchair accessibility, the entrance on the north side was completely level all the way to our table.
I would have liked to have been able to taste the food, but no employees can get to do their job and put us to the fact that they were busy stacking chairs and doing who knows what else. we couldn't even blame them for being busy, there were only 2 tables that had customers. would really find workers who want to work.
It was a good place to eat the food was great. We eat in the Restaurant part where it was quiet with the TV on low. The bar was hopping and they seem to be enjoying themselves listening to music and talking as they were watching a little TV. It was just a great overall place to eat and be and enjoy ?.

The prime rib was quite good—although not perfect, it was definitely very enjoyable. The drinks were on the pricey side, but the quality of service and the homey atmosphere made it worth every penny. Overall, my experience was great.
The atmosphere was that of a clean pub. The raspberry drink was excellent, and the beer was served at the perfect temperature, making it quite refreshing. I enjoyed the food as well...
Went to the bar area earlier in the afternoon on Saturday and it was great. Went to dinner that same Saturday night. It was amazing! Our server Tanya was great!

Whenever we visit Clayton, we make sure to stop by O'Brien's, our favorite restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent.
The best wings. Great place to go to have good food and fun. !
