I recently visited this restaurant for the first time since its upgrade and change in ownership, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and very friendly, and the breakfast options were much improved. I tried the cream beef on biscuits with eggs, while my wife opted for the Florentine omelet—both were delightful. The coffee was great too; it actually tasted fresh, unlike the watered-down versions you often find elsewhere. We both had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was clean and well-organized as well. We might just have found our new go-to spot! Highly recommend checking it out!
We enjoyed our meal today. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. It was quite busy during lunchtime when we visited. I had the classic eggs Benedict, which was excellent, accompanied by a side of domestic fries. My husband ordered a pizzaburger, which he loved, while my son had the Cheeseburger Deluxe, which was very filling. My daughter chose the Belgian waffles, and we were all very happy with our choices.
I recently visited for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The diner is lovely, the staff is incredibly friendly (Carly was especially wonderful), and the food was served hot and delicious, with great presentation. The milkshakes were a delightful surprise. Don’t forget to grab a lollipop on your way out! I highly recommend this place. As we’re here, we hope to return to South Side 35 for many years to come. It’s a wonderful spot for people of all ages.
Been to South side 35 5 times now. I will tell you they do not disappoint they have delivered great quality food and volume for the price. The staff is also very polite and attentive I will be a regular customer

Newly renovated diner is quite nice. My wife had a veggie quesadilla, I had a panini. Everything was good. We enjoyed the onion soup. Large diner with a counter, many booths, adequate parking.

Love this place! Always fresh, the food is so creative and delicious. Our new favorite diner hands down. Will wait for more Kant to try the rest of the menu.
