The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The Asian salad wasn't worth the high price; it included sweet, crispy elements that didn’t taste fresh, and the cabbage was dried out. The chicken karaage was decent, but nothing special. The dirty glassware really put a damper on things. I understand that Sorrento is busy in the summer, but I was definitely not impressed. I would consider coming back just for drinks (after checking the glassware), as the DJ was great and there was a nice atmosphere on a warm day. The front-of-house staff were friendly, which created a welcoming environment.
we had the worst experience here, we waited and hour and 15 minutes for our food, but it came in steps. the slippery fleshpatty was so small and burned and the bun was dry. the chicken shoots were $14 for 2 sticks and the meat was unusable. the workers were all very inexperienced and no one warmed us how long it would take. the tables were broken from the back and the toilets were so dirty that they could not be used. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Booked for a birthday celebration for a restaurant seating. Was causal dinning in a tent. Service was poor with staff showing no interest. Half the menu items were not available. Ordered the Lamb ribs with hardly any meat on them, mostly fat. Was not told in advance that the restaurant area was closed ‘due to staff shortages’. This was a very disappointing experience especially for a special celebration.
Laura, the hostess, was fantastic! We visited with a group of girls on New Year's Day, and Laura was very attentive and genuinely cared for our group. It's an amazing place with wonderful service. Thanks again, Laura!

For vegetarians, there are plenty of great options available. It's also kid-friendly, with a wonderful outdoor play area and numerous entertaining games for the little ones. Plus, there’s ample parking available.
Service was great. Food was ordinary. The dumplings were not home made, the sashimi was tough and the karage was dry. The place did not look clean. Have dined here before and found it excellent but not now.
very disappointed! everything we ordered or wanted had expired! we were handed over dirty plastic wine glasses that said they were fled from glass when there were glass wine glasses at the bar! never again
The photos on the website does not reflect the food that is served. Lamb ribs inedible, so overcooked. XO prawns were cooked prawns sautéed in XO, not green prawns.

Food quite good. Service non-existent…bought our food to table with no cutlery or serviettes. Salad was fresh and yum. Kids area a great idea.
The kids loved it! And the food was so yummy! Can’t wait to go back over summer
