I don’t live in this area and have visited this place thrice purely because there is nothing else in the area to get for lunch and I was working nearby. The first time I came was a decent experience- food is subpar, fish needs frying for longer but acceptable when you have no other option. I bought the lunch box which was advertised as £5.00. I was charged £5.99 but didn’t notice. The gentleman was nice so I couldn’t be bothered to moan about it. The second time I went, they tried to charge me £5.99 and I informed them the display says £5.00 with two small sides. I visited the restaurant on Friday night at 5:30 PM, eager to see if it lived up to the reviews I had read. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long for a table. The chips were delightful—crispy and beautifully presented—and the dough was exceptional: thin and very crisp. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

This new establishment now offers the best fish and chips around. The fish is fresh and perfectly crispy, making it incredibly delicious. The chips are equally tasty. It's a great spot for both locals and visitors in Ascot.

I stumbled upon this amazing fish and chip shop one day and decided to give it a try. The cod was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, and the chips were perfect as well. I will definitely be returning!
