On a bustling evening, watching the sunset over the water while enjoying delicious food and wonderful company was truly delightful! The service was excellent. Although there was a slight misunderstanding about the quantity for the meal meant for 10 or more people, we ended up with more than enough food and plenty of leftovers! The menu featured a variety of seafood dishes, but there was only one gluten-free option. If you have an allergy, I recommend avoiding the group meals and opting for an individual dish that better suits your needs. Tonight I saw the rudest treatment of staff I’ve seen in a while. A middle age man in a fremantle dockers membership shirt ordered half of the store and was fuming it wasn’t ready in the allocated time that they were told it would be. Myself and other onlookers were shocked as he carelessly put down the workers and shamed on them because during an absolute peak busy time they couldn’t make your 15 dishes in 40 minutes for him. Credit to the staff for handling the situation so well. Amazing food and service from here. Sad to see people still thinking the world revolves around them. Cut them some slack and enjoy your amazing meal.
Been coming here for years when stopping over in Perth. There has definitely been improvements as the food wasn’t bad before, but has definitely stepped it up even further. Honey chilli chicken batter was thin/crispy with great flavours, garlic prawns, cashew chicken and sweet and sour fish. Service has also stepped up with the staff. Thank you for an epic night. Ordered takeaway through their app and very disappointed, no notifications, no apologies. Couldn’t get through on the phone and when I arrived both people in front of me were also complaining!
