I had visited this restaurant many times before 2016, when I moved away, and I've always enjoyed delicious meals accompanied by friendly service. Now that I'm back in the area, I took my husband there tonight because he loves oysters. Even though it was late and they had run out of several items on the menu, we still had wonderfully prepared oysters, Moroccan-spiced shrimp, and perfectly seasoned branzino. A really lovely spot, even if there aren’t any ocean views! Some of the friendliest service we’ve ever experienced. They took the time to get to know every dog and child in the restaurant and found the perfect balance of attentive without being atall overbearing. They also seemed to know almost everyone there, which just added to the overall vibe of the smallrestaurant. The PEI oysters were good, but not outstanding, and possibly the most marked up item on the menu. The mussels weregreat. My husband loved his Mac and cheese. Very small place and in high demand. Outdoor seating available. Simple yet nice decor. Prompt service. The food was not bad yet it didn?t deliver. The bread was outstanding yet when we requested more the second batch was not good, seemed like a day old bread. The octopus was tender and well prepared. The baby arugula salad needed more dressing. The clams were full of sand (perhaps change your clam provider to one that ?desands? the clams while still alive). This place was charming beyond measure. The space, which apparently used to be a diner, is extremely cozy without feeling claustrophobic. Service was excellent the night I went, although it did seem like they were overstaffed, so I'm not sure if that's the norm. I will be happily returning and will update this review. I had oysters, and my wife and I both had different fish mains. Everything was great, and the wine pairings recommended by our servers were on point every time. We are looking forward to our next visit.
This evening I had a fabulous birthday dinner of delicate Thai glazed salmon, tender green beans, scrumptious wild rice. My dinner companion had crusted cod over spinach, and roasted potatoes. There wasn't a bite or crumb left on either plate.Everything perfectly cooked and service was impeccable. Loved the experience. time, I had delicious scallops. Will definitely return for a 3rd time.
Outstanding food! The fish, soft shell crab, and mussels were all excellent. The prices are quite reasonable for such high-quality dishes. It's a small restaurant, featuring about 15 tables. You can call at 4:30 PM on the day you want to visit to reserve a table.

Fantastic food. Fish, soft shell cancer and shellfish were great. Appropriate prices for really good food. Little restaurant. Maybe 15 tables. Can be at 4:30 a day to save a table
