The food was average and our server was friendly, but both the manager, James, and our server, Kat, blatantly lied to my husband and me. Despite there being open tables, we were told we would have to wait an extra 20 minutes for a different table because they were reserved. We settled for a small table, but the manager insisted it was the best table in the restaurant and offered us both a free drink to make up for the inconvenience. I ordered the drink directly from him to avoid any confusion. Our waitress confirmed that the manager said the drink was on him, but to our dismay, it was included on the bill. When we brought this to his attention, he promised us a free drink each next time and...
The first time I went to Ocean, I had a fantastic experience. The view was great, the food was great and the service was fantastic. I recently went for my second time and it was a very disappointing experience. The steak was overcooked and the waitress agreed, the brownie in the dessert was not warm, and our waitress forgot about us for about 15 minutes two different times.  we were also seated in a location where the sunset was blocked by trees. 
Our first time there. We came from across the pond (Connecticut). The ambiance is superb, The drinks at this restaurant were delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Manager Mel and staff for making it a memorable experience for my mom’s 50th birthday. The evening was everything we hoped it would be.
Everyone has an off night and I am hoping this night was just that..a one off! The service was not what I remember and the food not very good during this recent visit The menu doesn’t have a very broad choice of options Don’t know that I would rush back so soon. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We had a fabulous time! From a group of five, we grew to a total of 10. The drinks were spot-on, and the food was decent. However, the service was impeccable. Kudos to Manager Mel, Ari and staff. We appreciate your hospitality.
I went for lunch on a weekday and had a very pleasant experience. The appetizers and entrees were excellent, and the dessert was good too.
Always a beautiful atmosphere on the Long Island sound. The palm trees look fantastic great place for a Sunday afternoon.
