After a year and a half of limited restaurant dining it was a treat to eat such well prepared food. The menu had many choices that sounded excellent. I was very pleased with my appetizer and halibut entree which melted in my mouth. My dessert was outstanding. My only complaint was the prices of wine. Very expensive.
eating is spectacular. it begins with the coating, each dish was a form of art. every bite exploded with taste. our waiter was very attentive and described the wein with expert knowledge.
all aspekte were top score except the size of the venue on a Saturday made it quite loud and distracted from the ambiente. I am sure that this situation is not avoidable.
Oceaniqe has always been a favorite for seafood in the north suburbs. However did notice a smaller selection of seafood entrees probably due to pandemic supply problems.

2 seperate taxes plus a covid surcharge was an unplesant surprise at the end of an otherwise wonderful dinner.
Food was okay . But really over priced for the dishes that are not that distinct.
