Not one to usually write a review but had a really bad experience in particularly coming from the lady behind the bar (Jess). There was a miscommunication around payments for drinks because there were a few of us there. Understandable these things happen. We tried to resolve the issues very politely and offered to show all our bank statements. Once offering to show our bank statements we were spoken to very rudely by Jess and told to stop buying drinks. Much better experience at the other pubs up the road. Good customer service goes a long way.
Had Terrible customer service yesterday from the manager Jess. After spending $700 in drinks with a group of friends I was left without a drink due to there being a miscommunication on payment. although we all offered to show bank statements to prove that we had paid. Jess spoke to us disgustingly and said to us “you get what your given”. Had a similar situation happen at Peach pitt down the road but they very swiftly, kindly respectfully resolved the issue. Absolutely appalled with the customer service.
I kicked my friend because I thought he was drunk, but actually, he wasn't at all. It seems like someone's word carries more weight here. The prices were excessive, and the restrooms were unclean. This place used to be great years ago, so it's disappointing to see it in such a state now.

Red-haired manager who took our order was so rude and not helpful whatsoever . Very poor customer service. Hopefully, next time I can avoid this kind of service from her
poor experience with Jess, horrible customer service. won’t be coming back along with the 25 other people we were there with thanks to her! very disappointing
