What this place lacks in quality service, they make up for in the quality of the food and view. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Wife had the Baja fish tacos w/ pico de gallo, black beans fries. I ordered fish chips with fries. The cod was fresh and cooked to perfection- firm yet flaky and perfectly breaded golden crisp. We shared a bowl of New England clam chowder that was excellent- plenty of clams and very flavorful and a generous portion. Location is key and probably one of the only reasons most people go here. No long wait for dinner on a Saturday should've been a clue something was wrong. Waitress was decently slow and forgetful with everything we asked. She was a nice lady so nothing personal just not the greatest at her job. Especially since it was slow last night. Food all came out cold myself and my wife were both let down as we REALLY had always wanted to try this place. Didn't complain but the waitress asked how it was and I have her my true thoughts. She had things handled by the manager who was understanding. I told him I didn't want anything free or meal comp just that I wanted him to know so that he could correct...
Elise and Robert the manager were attentive and addressed our displeasure with the poorly cooked food from the kitchen. They truly cared. However, even after the kitchen staff destroyed something as simple as chicken picatta, veggies with zero flavor followed up with a barely cooked turkey burger on a defrosted bun, we were done. The tip off was the number of patrons disguised as empty seats and tables on a Friday night during Happy Hour, an we missed it. Run away from this joint.
First time visiting during happy hour!!! First server did well ordered beer and sashimi. She left and didn't receive any service while sitting for over 15 minutes. All manager said we can help now. Maybe try it again but tone of manager was so uncaring. I worked in industry for over 20 years, disappointed by manager response. Guess shouldn't wear tank top even after asking if apparel was ok. Had the Scallops. They were wonderful. Perfectly cooked and the lemon aoli and balsamic drizzle made the dish

This place is great and the service is amazing. Had clam chowder and salmon . So delicious.
