O'charley's Restaurant Bar

I sat at the bar and the guy walked by me five times before acknowledging me. He finally comes over and takes my order, their famous tenders and fries. The food comes out, tiny tenders and cold fries. For being famous tenders, there was more breading than chicken. There is no way they’re fresh like they say. I asked for a sauce and he took ten minutes to get it because he was printing tickets for the other people. When I finally got it, I then had to ask for a napkin, because u was never provided with one.Oh, and if you want a new beer? No problem, but you’ll get it in your warm glass and not a new one. I decided to give this restaurant another chance after my previous visit, where we waited to be seated while they prioritized another party with the same number of people. I almost said something but chose not to. This visit was for my birthday, and while the food was excellent, our server constantly confused our order. It became quite embarrassing. I paid using Google Pay, but they claimed I hadn't paid yet, which made me wait longer than expected. Eventually, I canceled that payment and paid in cash instead. Clearly, there was something wrong with their system. After too many negative experiences, I won't be returning. What a birthday it turned out to be!

I travel every week for work and like to find a good restaurant at least once a week to eat at. Stayed in the hotel across the street so it was a convenient stop for dinner. Arrived at the restaurant and was immediately greeted and seated. The waiter was amazing. I am horrible with names, but he was on top of it from the time I was seated until I walked out the door. His customer service skills were top notch. I’ve been traveling weekly for the past 6 years and he was by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had. PS, the cedar plank salmon was cooked perfect and had a great flavor as well.

My wife met friends here for dinner. I asked her to bring me a hamburger and fries. Boy that was a mistake. Instead of a hamburger they gave a double cheeseburger. Totally flavorless.The fries were dry and tasteless.I’ve never liked Oh Charley anyway. This does it for me. No more Charley’s. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant my chicken tasted like fried fish and I hate seafood we sat at a table like 30 min before our waitress finally came and took our drinks and we had sat there so long we knew what we wanted to

Went to Stockbridge O'Charlies. The food was excellent. The service was great. Too bad you closed mine on Jonesboro RoadIn McDonough.

They were shut down permanently. Busy McDonough. Some clown told me by phone they had no waiting. No joke.
