The food is truly exceptional; it’s difficult to express just how tasty everything is. The prices are a bit on the higher side, particularly for the platters and trays, but the quality justifies it. The service is prompt, with staff efficiently taking orders. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return to try more items from their menu.
I ordered from DoorDash a few days ago and tried the jerk chicken rasta pasta; it was fantastic. I loved it so much that I decided to go back for a second visit. I drove all the way from Levittown to Uniondale. Before heading out, I checked online and confirmed that the restaurant was open, as Google stated they close at 10:30. However, when I arrived at 9:45 on Thursday, December 15th, I was surprised to find the restaurant closed. This is the second time a Jamaican restaurant has let me down like this, and I've never returned afterward. Now, this place joins that list. Have a nice day!
I had my first visit to the restaurant tonight, and it was a fantastic experience! I ordered the garlic butter mussels along with a side of corn and potatoes. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes considering the price. The garlic butter sauce on the mussels was amazing, and it seeped into the potatoes and corn, making everything incredibly flavorful! I will definitely be returning, and next time, I'm excited to try the crab legs. While I waited for my meal, I also enjoyed the pleasant music playing in the background. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!
If you’re looking for an honest review of this restaurant, here it is. The food is fantastic, but they really don’t value your time. Be prepared for an incredibly long wait. I usually call ahead to place my order, and I’m told it will be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrive in about half an hour, I end up waiting for another 45 minutes. It feels like they only start preparing my order when I show up. It’s frustrating, especially since the food is so good, but my time is valuable, so I haven't been back in a while. I really hope they improve.

The Wait Time Was Crazy But None The Less They Deserve 5 Stars. I Ordered Plain Rasta Pasta With Steam Fish And Lemme Tell You Everything Was ???????? I Mean It Was Mucho/ On Point ?? Steam Fish Was Done How i Like It Authentic JAMAICAN Way Spicy AndFlavorful with everything inside. The pasta was spicy and good too drove 40 mins just to try this food despite the 3.3 starsI?ve seen. Lol and no I don?t know anyone there but the cashier is very nice ????
Never ate here, just a delivery driver.. It's imperative to be sure that the food is ready before the driver arrive. The food shouldn't start as soon as the driver arrived. Happened several times.. Do better. Had wait 20 minutes for an order. Poor timemanagement.
I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 6 PM, having come from out of town. Online, it stated that they were open until 10 PM, but they were actually closed. It wouldn’t take much to update the hours on Google.
The food here is delicious. They really do know how to cook. Everything I've tried so far is scrumptious. Polite staff. Nice and clean. I was delightfully surprised by what a cool place this is! Recommended!!!!

I'm updating my review. I recently ordered through DoorDash, but when I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed. I'm currently on the phone with DoorDash trying to sort out a refund.
The lobster was excellent, and the mac and cheese was great too. You really have to try the lobster fries; I've heard they're delicious!
