It's exquisite. the omakass principle (chef, I trust you) is just gnialissimo with a practising, intuitive and creative leader that adapts if you have an allergy. Meals and beverages are proposed in alcoholic version (wine sak or non-alcoholic (cocktail, juice, infusion, th driving, I always choose the alcohol-free version and it is a real rgal.
