Always greedy and delicate! A new gourmet break at O flavors of Alsace. It's okay. I fight on an Alsatian salad, I love and in addition it is delicious, then the Chef offers me his novelty, the Burger Alsacien: two burger breads made with Bretzel paste, very fine, in tender and tasty glut on a bed of onions... accompanied by tasty dauphines apples and a finely chopped and seasoned salad. For dessert, a yummy treat...hmm, I enjoy myself and it's really a gourmet but also relaxed meal! What more? Come back quickly!
I ordered a Royale sauerkraut I was very disappointed by the cabbage that was without any flavor In Alsace it is cooked in beer where Alsace wine. The cabbage was simply cooked with steam or water. The accompaniment without more. My wife took Fleischnakas and missed the broth in Alsace. So very disappointed
