The chicken bowl had decent rice and vegetables, but the chicken was tough and rubbery, making it difficult to chew. Some of the skin still had hair on it. The cheese rangoons had a good flavor in the middle, but the rest were hard and stale. I mentioned my concerns, but the cashier just called the cook over, who said that’s how they prepare the food. Honestly, this meal needs to be made with more care and attention, rather than just being tossed in the pan. I don’t plan to come back here.
Yum! The chicken katsu curry was delicious and so satisfying. The katsu is crispy, the curry is flavorful, the Mac salad is the perfect accent. You can ask for the curry on the side if you prefer. Pricing was a great value. Definitely will come back next time I’m craving Hawaiian food.

I felt a bit uncomfortable because of a strange individual, but the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The restaurant could use a little more tidiness and cleanliness, but the food truly makes up for it.
