My husband and I hadn't visited O'Keefe's in several years because our last experience was quite disappointing. The place was dirty and had an unpleasant odor, and our shoes would stick to the floor. There was an old, filthy area rug that made the atmosphere even worse, and the food was terrible. It took a lot of convincing from my husband to give the restaurant another shot, but I'm glad I finally agreed. This time, the area rug was gone, and the floor was clean. The food was delicious—hot and full of flavor. It really proves that everyone deserves a second chance. We’ll definitely be returning and are looking forward to it!
Well my review is a bit narrow because I’ve been there 5 times and got the fish and chips every time. I love fish and chips but never get it because it’s always greasy. This is not. It’s cooked perfectly and is not oily at all. They also use haddock instead of cod so it has a great flavor. It’s especially good with some malt vinegar on top. The steak fries are fat and delicious. The staff is great and the place is clean. It has a very cool pub feel, some say it’s outdated but I think it’s just old school.
I've never had a bad meal here. Service is AMAZING, no matter the server/bartender. They also have all day/all week happy hour. Cant go wrong with the Mulligan Stew (my absolute fav), Corn beef and Cabbage, meatloaf, or the Shepards pie. I always love sitting outside, and they have a great covered and non covered section. Pet friendly, which is also awesome. If you're looming for a great Irish pub or just a great bar/restaurant, this is it
I had the “Paradise Salad” with chicken breast and it was ooooo so good. It came with a coconut rum dressing and I was a bit skeptical at first, but it had to be one of the best dressing I have ever tasted! Love the food atmosphere! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was terrible. Burger was dripping with grease. Shepherds pie was dry. Too much cheese on top. Waitress didn't offer 2 for one special on beer. Heard her when she came to table near us.
I went with my friends and we enjoyed the great atmosphere. I will definitely go back, however I would appreciate if they could improve the costumer service as it could have been better.
The food was good, though the portions were smaller than I expected. The waitress was friendly, but she seemed quite busy.
