I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I made the reservation on the phone and they didn't explain well what time I got into my room. I arrived before 14:00 and my room was not ready but when it was a wedding they made exception and assigned me another room. at the reception were very friendly and immediately solved the problem. you can register at any time (the day of your check-in) but you do not have the room available until 14:00. is paid upon arrival, which expedited my departure, although they were attending someone else who could leave the keys at reception and leave.
