Firstly I'm not in the habit of complaining but I sincerely feel this need to be brought to someone's attention. I had the misfortune to be ripped off once again by the Illiff Location on 09/03/2021. We simply requested a take out order of two Italian Nachos which we requested to be cooked well done and a side of waffle fries. We phoned our order through at 18:20 and was advised it would be ready within 20/25 Minutes So we headed to our car to take the 20 Minute Journey to our closest Old Chicago Located in Illiff. After waiting for what seemed forever and staff checking on where my order was we finally received our order at 19:15. I suspect my order was forgotten once again as this has happ...
Our server was fantastic—he was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The bar area was quite busy, while the dining room was more relaxed. The food was quite good; I ordered a calzone, which was very satisfying. It had a crispy exterior and a flavorful interior. My husband chose a burger with sweet potato fries; the burger was tasty, but the fries were just alright. They seem to have a nice happy hour, and I would definitely return, especially since there's another burger I'd like to try.
The lower rating is mainly due to our visit on a Monday night, which happened to be a football night, making the atmosphere quite loud. I would give it five stars if you’re looking to enjoy drinks and play football bingo. However, I was hoping to have a meal and explore a new place. The service was quite slow, and we almost left, but I plan to return on a night without sports and provide an updated review. On a positive note, the waiter was really kind and understanding; he apologized for the delays.
We visited this restaurant for a quick lunch and were impressed by the attentive and cheerful staff. The atmosphere was enjoyable, too. We ordered fried pickles and an original deep dish pizza. The pickles were fantastic, but unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked. We decided to give it 4 stars because, despite the burnt pizza, the manager was kind enough to offer us a credit, which demonstrated genuine concern for the customers.

We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. It's a great option for late-night food, but be prepared to wait a while for a table at other times. The quality of service varies quite a bit depending on the day, which is a bit unpredictable!
My brother is a huge fan of this restaurant. I'm not particularly fond of pizza, so I ordered the chicken sandwich instead. It was quite good! The service was excellent as well.
I’ve always enjoyed the Thai Pie pizza here, but I found it strange that they were running low on many draft beers, especially with New Year's Eve approaching.
I visit this restaurant for one reason: their calzones filled with extra andouille sausage. The marinara sauce is excellent, and the combinations are great.

This place is amazing! I go there on Friday nights to unwind after the week, and they never let me down.
Had fun at old Chicago! Food and drinks were Yummy, service excellent and attentive!
