Wonderful little restaurant easily overlooked. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the service was top notch. We had the Family Pack for 2 but we should have dragged someone else in off the street to help us eat it, the servings were so generous! The meal consisted of an entree, (we had Spring Rolls), Chicken & Corn Soup, a choice of two main meals ( we chose Mongolian Beef & Chicken with Vegetables & Cashews), and a large Fried Rice, plus a dessert of ice cream. The quality of the meal was beyond excellent, and the service was outstanding. We come here for dinner with my friends and everyone enjoyed every single dish! The place is small but also has outside seating, staff were very pleasant and food was delicious! We ordered flaming pork ribs and it really got fire on the plate, which was so cool and fancy! My friend also love her sizzling black pepper beef and salt pepper pork ribs. We r looking forward to returning very soon!
Ordered through menulog, didn't get a text message to confirm pickup until after 9pm, luckily my husband went and picked it up after 7. Got the satay chicken, garlic king prawns & special fried rice, really disappointing the satay was more like chicken in vegetables and the prawns were half cooked. Didn't enjoy it at all.
This place used to be known as Golden Taste and was very good. now,the food is not bad but nothing to write home about either. It is quite plain, not busy in the restaurant but looked to be very busy with take away meals. It's closest opposition, Jasmine Chinese Restaurant has closed which may help Old China survive.

We ordered vegetable hakka noodles and chicken egg noodles. I had tasted worst chinese food in my life. Noodles were served with salty gravy with boiled vegetables. It was absolutely non palatable. I am surprised by some good comments that swayed me to this place. May be those hold true for other dishes.
Not the worst chinese I have eaten but not far from it.Duck with fried rice was a real let down.Duck was burnt and mostly bones.Seafood omlette was short on seafood but with a generous portion of egg.Hot icecream ball with chocolate topping saved Old China from being the worst chinese l have eaten
Old China is my local Chinese Restaurant and they are consistently great in their quality of food, I get take away each week and would not go back if it wasn't fantastic food at good prices ... the restaurant itself is also nicely furnished and well worth dining in or getting takeout.
I dined with pleasure almost every evening. I love Chinese food. It is delicious here, everything is fresh, the choice of dishes is large. Recommend.

Great spot for Chinese dinner. Service and food both is good. I really like the slow cooked beef with rice noodles and crispy pork.. Yumm
