As of August 1, 2024, this place is a complete mess, apparently under new ownership. We visited last weekend after being loyal customers for the past seven years, and we were very disappointed. The food was so bad that I doubt we’ll return. I ordered the Reuben, but it came with only about two teaspoons of sauerkraut and hardly any dressing. It tasted like corned beef on stale bread. I also paid an extra $4 for a side salad, which was underwhelming as well. My husband had been looking forward to a black and bleu burger, but the only option was a plain cheeseburger. Seriously? The dining experience at the tavern today was disappointing. The burger was unappetizing, and the fries tasted reheated. Additionally, the salad was noticeably soggy. This establishment used to be a favorite spot for my wife and I, but after this visit, I regretfully rate it 1 star. This marks my second visit since the change in ownership and new staff. I have decided not to return. Perhaps reconsidering the previous staff would be beneficial, as the saying goes, If it ain 't broke, don 't fix it.
We came on a kids eat free Monday with our two kids. My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac but was still able to enjoy a burger with a gluten free bun. Waitress was very kind and patient with rowdy little ones! Good local brews on tap were imbibed. Will definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns available! Kid-friendliness: It wasn't crowded and my kids had room to move. My one year old ran behind the bar and no one seemed upset
We just tried this place for the first time and the food was delicious! I got the Swedish meatballs and my husband ordered the buffalo wrap. We were pleasantly surprised. Went Sunday night for dinner. The food was great. Large portion on appetizers and entrees. Taylor was fantastic!!!!! We never wanted for anything. Can't wait to go back.
I did not enjoy my meatballs but my friends seemed to have enjoyed their sandwiches and burger Vibes were chill
Wonderful bar with great food. You must try the Reuben sandwhich and Swedish meatballs. Better than IKEA!
