karim aka meerkat is a great man. beautiful place with a huge beer garden. good selection of beer too. refreshing change from the very frequent, the blase blah. I chose the sagres that I think is Portuguese and it was beautiful. if they are in east london on a sunny afternoon, it is worth siping for a quickie
The service and atmosphere at this restaurant were excellent. The food was delicious, and the staff were highly professional and welcoming. They greeted customers with a smile and showed great respect to everyone. Watching football matches while enjoying incredible beers made the experience even better.
the old george is a beautifully restored londoner pub that goes back on the bethnal green road. the old george recently opened a restaurant in the first floor of its facility, where they will find fantastic dining served in picturesque and cooking environment.
This is a charming pub with a fantastic variety of artisan beers. They have numerous specials on both drinks and food. The beer garden is spacious and equipped with TVs and heaters. With a DJ playing tunes, what more could you ask for?
I had a wonderful time drinking pints and chatting with the barman about the wonderful north of England. The drinks were a decent price and although I didn’t order food, I saw a couple of the burgers and they looked great!
Found this old pub by accident, tried the headliner and it was fantastic. The manager was very chatty and knows how to keep the beers. He assured me that they change on a regular basis so will be back.
If you want to have a drink and haven't booked a table, don't bother. There isn't enough staff so it takes a long time to be served. The food is very poor and the place has really deteriorated.
Wow, what a great pub and Joshua, the bar man, was super friendly! Will definitely return soon for some beverages
