have just returned from sunday lunch.table was booked for 2 o'clock.when ordering we were told that one of the roast meats was no longer available.not a big problem but maybe take it off the board!! mains were delivered.no vegetable AT ALL in the warmers.when questioned we were told that food service stops at 2.30 so no more veg would be provided.we have just paid $11 each for 3 small slices of meat and 2 roast potatoes.we will not be going again.nowhere on the site does it give service times and when i rang to book i wasnt told when service finished.even when we were ordering we werent advised that the kitchen would be closing soon.VERY DISSAPPOINTED
Our party of nine had a great meal. No complaints from anyone. Great value Sunday Roast lunch and the kids meals were great value too. Good range to choose from the salad bar. The only thing I would complain about is that they had no one at the front door to show people to their tables. I had to wait in queue at the ordering line.
We spent a few hours having a drink or two in the bar, then stayed on for Sunday dinner. The steak was to die for, and the roast pork was lovely. I would have liked a morsel of crackling oh and the desserts, the meringue was beautiful. Friendly staff, good prices.
Most enjoyable lunch, nice atmosphere, friendly service. Bookings advisable, we arrived at 12.10pm and had to sit at high bar tables- very busy on Sundays and apparently most times. Very good pub food

Went there on schnitzel night, make sure you book! Four of us had schnitzel, the other salt and pepper calamari. All meals big and scrumptious, staff very friendly, what more could you want?
Lunch on Sunday offers a roast carvery. Our pork roasts were served hot, and we added extras from the delicious vegetable/salad bar. Friendly service. Very busy so best to book ahead.
A great hotel for family or couples with a homely. Great hot food and salad bar with special nights that are great value! Staff are very friendly, but it does pay to book!

We love this pub. Tucked out of the way off sort road.Family friendly. Best pubs meals in the south.
