Our first time here and it was excellent! The atmosphere is great and our server could not have been more pleasant and professional. We ordered the chips and Kiwi Guac appetizer and we both ordered Mofongo Entrees (a pig, a chicken) with Cuban rice. Everything was served very quickly and it was delicious! We shared a piece of chocolate tres leche cake for dessert, which was fantastic. We had every mixed drink and they were delicious. The prices were not necessarily low, but were not out of line. We'll probably go back.
Very good, good and fresh and hot our waitress was promptly n polite.i asked her when it was her abuela in the kitchen..so Authentic. I had the shrimp monfongo, which deliciously seasoned and not dry only delicious goodness with a healthy helping og shrimp.no schimpy portions my nabeby had the chulletas with beans n rice. He tipped over his meal and the beans were brilliant.. My daughter had Pernil...not dry at all seasoned right and her maduras were going to make perfect.
Five stars for the atmosphere, food and drink. Three and a half stars for service. The server was knowledgeable and polite, did not rush us, but neglected to bring small plates for the apps and left our fourth entree in the kitchen, which causes an unpleasant waiting. Our first visit to this jewel. We will return.
At the first visit to the place and I was in love. Decoration, atmosphere, service and FOOD was amazing. I will evaluate this place with an A and recommend it to many people. Ps. The food is all I expected to find that special taste of Puerto Rico food. Can't wait to go back.
