I placed an order at 5:30 for for delivery of a medium pizza and chicken wings. Bam for me it would be an hour and 30 minutes. I told them that would be fine. I called them at 7:30 PM because the pizza is not arrived. They tell me that it's gonna be another 30 to 45 minutes. This happened to me once before A few years ago. I tried to give them a second chance. And of course, the same thing happens. You would think that they would call me to let me know they're behind, but no, it took me to call them.
Today is is the 6th of October. Exactly one week before, I ordered sausage, pepperoni extra cheese. Was made great. I called the 5th asked who was the cook because I only want to order when that individual cooks. They could not provide an answer. I told them it’s hit or miss. My pizza tonight was a STRONG miss Don’t get calzone!!!! Service: Delivery
Service was a little slow, but they definitely made up for it without us even complaining. Thats when you know they really care about their customers.
