Made a reservation and had to reserve with a credit card in case of not showing up. Place was virtually empty and sat at our table for 15 minutes before I had to go to the hostess and ask if anyone was going to serve us. Once we were attended to, the service was nothing spectacular. Prices were a bit much for what we got. Value just wasn't there. Used to frequent this place, but not sure it's worth it anymore.
This was the first time I've had to pay (apparently NON-REFUNDABLE) for a simple reservation. I have been to Pour House several times but we have too many ootions to put up with that practice in the future.
The ahi tacos and cauliflower appetizer were very good and had fresh ingredients. Our server Michelle was super friendly and helpful, she had a great aura. Overall, a good experience for the price.

It seemed very short staffed and service was slow. Bartender has our group of 8 plus more tables and a full bar. Food was good
Wonderful service and food was delicious! Had the Queso Dip and the Bbq Chicken Chopped Salad. Love them both!
