Rachel was our server on a busy Friday evening during dinner time. She was great, super kind, quick very helpful. My boyfriend ordered a few drinks (his birthday was that weekend) and Rachel was extremely attentive with the drinks with was nice because a lot of servers just come by once or twice for your drink. My boyfriend got the cheese ravioli with meat sauce I order the Asiago cheese tortelloni Alfredo with grilled chicken (pictured). They were very tasty. Mine was a bit pricey but the portion was good. I was already full from the unlimited soup and salad which is always a nice addition to a meal! Very pleased with our dinner and service. My only con would be the outdoor appearance aroun...
My husband and I went for soup,salad and bread sticks at lunch. My soup was 90 percent just broth and had 3 beans and no meat in ot..it was also very greasy which was unusual. I had to almost argue with the waitress and then manager over the 3 bread sticks we had to split for our meal . I tried a different soup which was not much better. My husband ate half of one bowl of soup then we gave up..we weren't even offered refills of tea when our glasses were empty through half our meal. We have no interest in going back..hands down most disappointing meal.and worst olive garden.
The prices are outrageous. All Olive Garden food is canned, boxed or frozen reheat. Nothing is scratch. When you pay 4.00 for a soda and almost 19 bucks for lasagna you can make 2 for that price. Not worth it. This company needs to reevaluate what family is and how we don’t have money to waste. You’re treating us not like family. Try feeding 5 people and 23.00 is the lowest option per person. For that I can cook 3 days with leftovers. I get things went up, but charging us the prices you are is taking advantage of people.
My god i cannot express how horrible this experience was! First our waitress was absolutely MISERABLE, was rude and barely checked on our table,second my mother got coffee and the waitress didnt get the creamer she asked for, she actually asked twice and didnt get it, third she gave my father soda with a COASTER IN IT. How do you not realize theres a coaster in a glass before you put ice or even the drink in? its pure neglect at that point. Overall experience was absolutely horrendous and i wish i could rate one star:

Their all-you-can-eat soup and salad has room for improvement. One bowl of soup I received contained just a single gnocchi, and the soup itself was only filled to about a third of the bowl’s capacity. The salads were also on the small side, and the breadsticks were served in limited quantities—only 2 or 3 at a time per order. Times seem to be tough, perhaps reflecting broader economic issues. Thank you, Joe Biden. Despite these drawbacks, Olive Garden remains a great place to dine. Food: 5/5.
Very pleased with our visit. The menu seems to be truncated but we found menu items to enjoy. Our server was excellent, however she seemed surprised that we were not alcohol drinkers.... (interestingly enough the menu had much of it's pages dedicated to alcoholic beverages)...I was surprised that there were not many families with children dining here.We spent over 90$ for four.(no alcohol, no dessert)
I was hoping to be able to say another subpar, commercial, pseudo Italian restaurant in an area awash in good real Italian cuisine. Well Olive Garden, you flipped the script. Excellent service, great tasting, hot food and decent portions. The dessert was fresh and fantastic not some freezer burned holdover from last week. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Food was great. Server Racheal was Awesome in Wilkes Barre Pa. Only problem was we asked the seater to seat us close because my wife has congested heart failure and has a hard time walking and on oxygen and has a hard time breathing.

Very nice experience; the ambiance was wonderful and the host help us find the right table. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant and attentive, he brought the food and it was delicious and hot . Thanks ? we had a wonderful time.
