We chose to celebrate the last day of 2022 with a family dinner, and I'm so glad we picked Olive Garden—it exceeded our expectations. Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious with quick service. We had such a wonderful time that we’re considering making a family dinner out on New Year’s Eve a new tradition. I highly recommend trying everything Alfredo! Everyone loved their meals, which is impressive because my kids can be picky. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. My girlfriend and I initially intended to dine at the restaurant, but when we learned that the wait time was two hours, we decided to get takeout instead. We set up a charming little dinner at home. We really love Olive Garden, though it's unfortunate that there’s only one location close to us. However, during my Tour of Italy meal today, I found a hair in my food. I was quite disappointed because once I spotted it, I couldn't bring myself to eat anything. I have short hair styled in a faux hawk, and it was tangled in the noodles.
I placed an online order after waiting about seven minutes in line. While I was on the phone, I turned to what I hoped wasn’t the manager, who was wearing a fake Louis Vuitton outfit, and asked if one of the orders sitting there was mine. She told me the lady on the phone would be with me in a moment, but then just stood there looking confused. Eventually, I politely walked up, saw my name, and took my food. I don’t understand the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait.
The food and service were both extremely disappointing. We waited an hour just to be seated at our booth. After we placed our order, it felt like it took forever for our meals to arrive, and we had only ordered soups, salads, and water. The waiter was rude, we didn’t receive the cheese we requested, and the breadsticks were served at the same time as the rest of our food. The soup had very few ingredients, and it was obvious that the food had been microwaved.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited for two and a half hours for my food, and when it finally arrived, the cheese sticks were poorly cooked. Honestly, I would have preferred McDonald's over this food. I also ordered a water with lemon, but they put a whole lemon in it, which made it taste terrible. When I mentioned I didn't want a spare plate, the server gave me a funny look. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
The food was amazing, but our waitress appeared to be having a rough day. She neglected to bring our appetizer, which we never received, even after we had finished our salads. When she came back, she asked if we wanted the bill, even though we hadn't yet received our main courses. If it weren't for the delicious food and the bottle of wine, this experience would have been very disappointing.
The restaurant was understaffed with only four servers on duty, so we didn’t get much attention. I ordered the carbonara ravioli with shrimp, and it was excellent. However, I also tried the potato soup, which was quite a letdown; it was tasteless and appeared to be overly watered down, like half a cup of soup mixed with a gallon of water.
At no point did anyone offer an apology or any form of compensation, like a discount or a complimentary dish, for the inconvenience we experienced. Finding hair in our food is not only unhygienic but also completely unacceptable. Despite this, we paid our bill and even left a tip for our waiter, which we now regret.

This is one of the best Olive Gardens we've ever visited. We enjoyed delicious meals, mouthwatering desserts, and had an excellent waitress. The interior was also quite nice. Our party of six only had to wait 45 minutes on an early Friday evening. We all left feeling satisfied and happy!
