Food to be sure. I have not had Olive Garden in at least 15 years. My tastes have not changed. Firstly, I don 't care for Pasta. So I had salad and a side of meatballs. The salad was very disappointing, the same quality as a to-go salad from a grocery store. Iceberg lettuce some shredded cabbage and carrots. 2 half slices of tomatoes. Just the saddest little salad. Prepackaged dressing and croutons. I also ordered a side of meatballs. They were good but I assumed they came with some sort of sauce since they had marinara in the picture. I've visited this location many times, and it's consistently delivered a great experience. However, last night I tried the new Chicken Marsala Fettuccine, and while it was decent, I have to say my main issue was that the chicken pieces were extremely small. It felt like they were on the lookout for the tiniest, skinniest bits of chicken—they were only slightly thicker than a finger! Typically, I opt for soup and salad during most of my visits, as I've often found that pasta dishes don't quite meet my expectations. The only downside since the pandemic has been the longer wait times. It often feels odd to be waiting when half the restaurant appears to be empty. During our last visit, we were seated at a large table in the center of the dining room, even though it was just my husband and me. We would have preferred a booth against the wall, but after waiting 30 minutes, we didn’t want to extend our wait any further. Nevertheless, the food and service made it all worthwhile! Our waiter was fantastic, and our meals arrived quickly. He kept the breadsticks coming and even provided us with plenty of mints at the end, which I really appreciated!
Classic Olive Garden. You know exactly what to expect when you go into any Olive Garden. It is very busy in the early evenings for dinner. Come and expect a wait. My party of 4 showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday night and already there was a 30min wait. The bread sticks are always great, with the salad and soup options. The chili was disappointing, it was probably an Italian chili with little noodles in it. The chicken and gnocchi soup was good. Excellent food and service. I havent been to an Olive Garden in years but going back I was very happy with the whole experience. I had the stuffed ravioli and it came with a salad. The salad was enough for the whole table to eat. The breadsticks are awesome and they are never ending. The price was high but it equaled every other place around the area at this time. I would highly suggest this restaurant
My wife and I eat Olive Garden maybe once a month and order the same thing everytime and never have issues. Tonight we ordered our pastas with two sides of broccoli like we always do and it was not cleaned and had black stuff all over it….. the kitchen needs to check things like this.
In this era of rising inflation, where many restaurants are significantly increasing their prices, Olive Garden stands out by keeping its prices reasonable while maintaining a good quality of food.
