overall experience in the subpar, eating was great, but the stand was hard for four people until we could hardly fit our four menus on it. the remaining room was absolutely disgusting, cloged toilets, wet floors and a urinal that was hardly flushed. drinks were overcrowded to the point, even the waiter had a hard time to balance it and when I got it on the table, I could not even stir without spilling it on the table. Finally, if I try to move it on a cloth to make sure that it would not make the table wet, it spilled over my hemd to force me to go early. it is also extremely loud for a restaurant and makes it difficult to speak, let alone relax.
We came for dinner as part of a wedding rehearsal party of 37 people. While there was a reservation, there was a bit of wait due to another large party earlier. But we were kept informed of what was happening. Once seated, waitstaff was friendly and prompt with service. No complaints from anyone in the group. I'd also like to give recognition to Ava, who served my section. Olive Garden service is generally great...Ava was beyond that. She was stellar in taking care of us. Thank you!
We had an amazing server during dinner. She was not only fun and professional, but also ensured that our drinks and appetizers were delivered promptly. It was our first time dining at Olive Garden, but we will definitely be returning because of the excellent service we received.
My previous review here is over two years old and pre-pandemic so it's good to let everyone know how restaurants are doing after those crippling lockdowns....
