I have visited Olive Garden in Bridgeton, Missouri, twice in the past month, and both experiences were fantastic! I had the soup and salad each time, and their homemade soups are simply incredible. In the image I included, you can see two white soups. The first one is Chicken Gnocchi, which features tender pieces of roasted chicken, small Italian dumplings, and spinach in a creamy broth. The second white soup is Zuppa Toscana, made with spicy Italian sausage, kale, and diced russet potatoes, also in a creamy broth. Plus, this soup is gluten-free! This experience was amazing! Our twin 2 year olds loved it, including calamari. They are very picky eaters so it was great to see them try something new. Our server Lee was amazing and so very friendly especially to our kids. He was very attentive. Would definitely go back soon and ask for him if he was there at the time. The food was very delicious so I also commend the cooks as well. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The hostesses were always smiling and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The manager, Francisco, was quite busy. There was no bartender, and the server assigned to my area seemed to be new to the job. The strong perfume she was wearing was overpowering, to the point that I could smell it more than the food on my plate, even from over three feet away. I ordered the spaghetti and salad lunch special. The wait wasn’t too long, but normally I would have just sat at the bar to eat; unfortunately, with no bartender available, that wasn’t an option.
The food was excellent—everything was fresh and flavorful. The server was one of the most professional I've ever encountered in a restaurant, which is quite a compliment considering I dine out frequently. He was very attentive and genuinely kind. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the establishment could use a little more cleanliness and upkeep. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend it!

We had a disappointing experience on April 24, 2024, around 8 PM, primarily due to a rude waitress named Jasmine. Her unprofessional demeanor was not what we expected. However, the manager was exceptional and addressed all our concerns in a very professional manner. The food was great, and we appreciated the manager’s efforts to make things right.
Food was substandard. Salad was mostly stalk. Ordered Italian on 1 and Ranch on the other. Came out mixed on total salad with side of Ranch and an apology . Soup was supposed to be Creamy, but was Very watery. Waitress was great but everything else was sub-par.Will never go back. Nasty. ?Parking: Several
I always receive great care whenever I visit this restaurant. However, there are a few employees they are currently working on to improve their attitudes.
The service was somewhat slow, but the food was outstanding. The drinks were fantastic as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
