I never write reviews for restaurants but after my experience here. The food that a friend and I received was overall great and I would have given it 4 stars. What dropped this experiece was our waitress. She was clear upset from the second we came in and had told the other staff to not seat anyone else because the waitresses were switching. As it is totally understandable to be frustrated that you now have a longer shift and have another group dinning in at the end of your shift it is your job to stay professional and keep a positive attitude when around the customer. Perfection, you want this dynamic duo wait staff Davis and Matt. From the time we sat down the Batman and Robin team waiting on you. They were fast, continued to check on us to see if we needed anything. They got our order right. Everything was first class. Right food, drinks. Customer Service exceptional.After watching the Manager serving food and bussing dishes you can understand how the quality of service is accomplished!! I have never seen a manager that is such a perfect role model for her staff. Food great, Service exceeded expectations.
my family and I had lunch there last Sunday. I would have left a 2-3 star review for some mishaps. we left the waitress pretty good tips, although we felt as if we were rushed from her instead of leaving a 5-star rating, because the manager was brilliant, she was very friendly to listen to our care and made sure we were taking care. I fortunately didn't catch her name, but I would like to thank her for turning our experience around.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the lunch specials offer fantastic value for the price. I tried the shrimp scampi, which came with a salad and breadsticks. It was quite filling and really tasty. While it may not be the absolute best shrimp scampi I've ever had, it was absolutely worth it for only $13.

We only waited about 10 minutes for our midday meal. The lunch specials were fantastic, and everyone was really pleased with their food. I ordered the endless salad and the soup, both of which were delicious. The service was good, and the restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. We will definitely be coming back!
Fantastic service! The food was served hot and delicious! Speaking of service, I had a disappointing experience at the original location before; that was my first visit in three years. However, this special location was absolutely beautiful, with quick and friendly staff!
Our waitress, Trish was AMAZING. The best customer service we HAVE EVER RECEIVED! She made our lunch so enjoyable and was so easy to talk to. We will be back just for the great food and just to see her!!!
It was a good restaurant, fettuccine alfredo was well cooked, and ravioli tasty, I think they should add more sauce with pastas.

Love the salad and breadsticks, , shrimp Alfredo was great. We had a large group but the service was great anyway.
Soups were good as were breadstix with added Alfredo sauce. Quick in and out, call that slop and go.
