We grabbed lunch to go from Olive Garden on a Saturday around noon. We had placed our order online through the app so just had to go to pick it up at our designated time. The restaurant was fairly empty which may also have been due to the fact we've had several slow storms recently in the area. We were able to get our food quickly and it was packaged very well. I tried the SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DIP for an appetizer. The flavor of the dip was mild and creamy and quite nice. I like to leave reviews for restaurants I 'm a regular at under an anonymous name. With this, this Olive Garden gets a 5 out of 5. For the sole reason being We 're all family here . Sat with my husband the first time we came and witnessed a table of 18 taken by 2 people. The people taking it looked as if they were in high school. The way they orchestrated everything was like watching Dancing with the Stars. I did my research on the company itself and kept eating here. Let 's just say that the design of the restaurant and every little detail, including the shape of the trays, is all a great factor. Yesterday, my husband and I visited this restaurant for lunch. Upon arrival, we had to wait quite a while before being seated. To add to our frustration, we were placed in an area where there was no server available! I could sense my irritation growing, as was that of another couple seated right after us in the same section. Finally, a kind and attentive person dressed like a chef from the kitchen came over to check on us. Her name is Sam, and she truly turned what started off as a rough experience into an amazing and delicious lunch! Thank you so much, Sam! You are what makes this Olive Garden a better place!
Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and after an hour was brought the wrong dish. I asked for them to please bring what I ordered and 45 min later I received it. By then my party had finished eating so I had to pack it Togo, which took our waiter another 20 minutes! After all that I receive a bill where I was charged for the dish they brought incorrectly and the one I ordered. My waiter was no where to be found so I asked for a manager and who did they send over? THE BUSBOY. Don't come here!!! I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. We went for Mother's Day and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Despite it being a busy time, our server Rene was wonderful. She was cheerful and attentive...it was evident she took pride in doing her job well, always with a smile on her face. She made sure our food was served hot and that our refills were taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend this location and in particular our server Rene! This was my first visit at this location and We will definitely be back!
Stoped by just to go to the bar for a drink and some cheesecake for a little pre-birthday warm up. I decided to try the Italian Margarita and the pumpkin cheesecake. Both were delicious! My bartender, Morgan, suggested that I try a shot of Amaretto to go with the margarita and that was a nice touch. She was great! Another great experience at Olive Garden!
Food senior microwave heated up that food real good. Too bad he has no taste buds to test the food before it comes out. Service at least I got some mints (only reason for the second star) Ambiance when you're here you're family! Cuz just like my family they don't give a **** about me or the food I get.
I keep asking myself why I return to this place. Today, the oven is broken, and there are no breadsticks—actually, there's no food at all. Why not inform customers at the door? I had my first visit to Olive Garden, and everything was excellent! The drinks were amazing, and Nicole, the bartender, was incredibly nice and friendly. I will definitely go back again!
