I went with my daughter today. It wasn?t extremely busy and sat within 2 minutes walking in. The waiter wasn?t pleasant or welcoming. He asked right away if I knew what I wanted to eat no time to view the menu, but i knew what I wanted thankfully). I placed our orders with drinks. My daughter?s food came within 7 minutes. I ate some of the soup but ask the waiter to bring me a different soup didn?t taste right). I waited additional 25 minutes with little to no update on my order. I went to olive garden around 7 on a Saturday. It was a bit busy and we had roughly a ten minute wait but it wasn't too bad. Our server was absolutely amazing and was super friendly and kept checking in with us. I ordered the calamari, steak and Alfredo, and a strawberry drink with vodka. The calamari was okay, but kind of tasted like friend chicken and not like typical calamari. I think that was as a result of the breading. The steak and Alfredo were both good. The drink was recommended by my server and was okay, but extremely strong and tasted mostly of cheap vodka. I think more flavor would have made it better, but it was still okay. Eve was one of the best waitresses our lively family has ever had! We were a party of eight, and I know we can be a bit rowdy, but we tried to be friendly and respectful. Eve went above and beyond to be attentive and accommodating. She joked with us and was incredibly friendly, even when I sensed my parents might have been a little overwhelming. Another waiter who assisted Eve also came by to offer to take a photo of our table since we were celebrating my brother-in-law's birthday. Eve even helped my father navigate the kiosk to pay his bill, showing him great respect and kindness. She was truly exceptional, and I hope we get her again when we return! we ordered a pull-out for approx. 100-125 people from the westridge olive garden and it was fantastic! the staff was very fast to pack the food in my car, and they were friendly and helpful when I needed help to find items on my order. everything tasted wonderful and was a public lover. all our food restrictions also had options. note: we had many rests so we ordered less than recommended. dietary restrictions: regular pudding came with vegetarian options and we additionally have gf options that were great!
I ordered takeout today, the lasagna. I specifically said I wanted the 4-6 servings more than once when ordering inside the restaurant and they placed my order with the family size on my credit card. Way to much food! Luckily I noticed the total seemed high. They said it was a miss understanding but didn?t apologize at all. I paid my bill and told them it was their miss understanding then I left. I?m thankful to have reviewed my receipt!
The restaurant was quite busy, but our food arrived surprisingly quickly. Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious (you can see it in the photo below). We also ordered a pasta with grilled chicken, but the chef forgot to add the chicken. However, our server was kind enough to offer us the chicken for free!
The atmosphere and service were excellent during my visit! However, I would recommend avoiding anything with chicken. The grilled chicken was spongy and not very appealing. I had a wonderful and attentive waitress. Her name is Olivia. She took my order and delivered every course in time. The food was good. As always, salad and bread sticks were a hit. I'm sorry, I forgot to make a picture, but the salad, Calamari and Steak/with Linguini with white sauce. Very good!
