Christian was our server. He was very attentive, offered great service, and anticipated any of our wants and needs. He was polite. Completely. He provided better than capable service and should be recognized for that. Especially on such a busy night as mother's day. For a chain restaurant, the food is always good, but service is what makes a place stand apart. The attention to the customers has often suffered in many of these places as many seem to treat working in these types of establishments as a chore as opposed to customer service, but it seems like staff at the Olive Garden here are trained well to provide excellent service. .Couldn't get a seat to two other places and wanted something different for an early Mother's Day dinner. We hadn't been here in some time as the food usually tastes like prepared and frozen food, which of course it is. We got right in and were seated. The waitress was friendly but seemed to be new and frazzled, while it was busy, it wasn't that busy. The bread and salad were slow in coming. The waitress seemed to have standing directions to push their wines, none in our party drink alcohol. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo. It definitely had that prepared and frozen taste and the sauce was very bland. The other 3 in my party described their meals as okay.
This place is great when they have their deals but I won't go without one (or a gift card). Service is a touch slow but well done. The food is good but can run a little on the bland side. It misses that personal touch at times. The prices for the main dishes are okay but they get you on the frills. Again, if they have a deal running its a good choice for a basic financially responsible meal. If you are looking for flavor go down the road to a smaller restaurant with better food and pricing.
Amazing experience!! Came here today for my birthday with my family and we had the most delightful waiter I wish I had grabbed his name you could tell that he loves his job. My sister is high maintenance and always has to make some ridiculous food request this guy didnt even blink an eye and was able to conquer her order! Huge kudos to that gentleman I'm so happy I chose to come here to celebrate my life today. The food and experience will be hard to beat come next year

I enjoyed their special offer of buying one pasta dish and taking one home, all for just $12.99. The meal included breadsticks and either soup or salad, making it a great value for the price. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to make minor adjustments to our order. The food arrived hot and was quite tasty. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!
We went for a lunch date on Sunday at 1. It was not too busy, staff was extremely polite! I love the layout and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Bathrooms were very clean. Food is always good here, our waiter was a very nice gentleman that touched base with us, buy did not pester and keep bugging. Definitely recommend this Olive Garden for anyone in the mood for it, I do like this one over others I've been in.
My two girlfriends and I enjoyed an early dinner at the restaurant. One friend and I ordered salad, soup, and breadsticks, while the other opted for a creamy pasta dish. We all absolutely loved our meals! Our waiter was very attentive, and the manager even came by to check on us twice!
The food was enjoyable, and the service was warm and attentive. The only letdown was the calamari, which was overcooked and quite tough. Aside from that, it was a pleasant dining experience overall.
