Came here last night and ordered the mud cake and mixed berry waffle. In most places mud cake is served with a dollop of cream because of its texture. For the price that was paid it was also quite a stingy slice. I had brought a friend from overseas and she was sick all through the night after having the mixed berry waffle. Extremely disappointing that for what we paid for the waffle it looked like syrupy mush of fruit that came from a can/ defrosted frozen fruit. Particularly upset because we expected fresh fruit since it is berry season! This place was really great when it opened and I've seen the portion sizes, service and appeal progressively decline.
Good experience. Ordered the Belgium mocha, taste good but i hope the chocolate flavor to be a little darker than what i have had. It taste more like a milk chocolate intensity to me.
Had the fruitte waffle for two. The ice cream are really milky flavored. So whether you will like it or not depend on how much you like "pure milk" flavor. Works for me though.
The waffle have chocolate chips in it and i swear i tasted peanut butter.. my friend said that is my imagination. Waffle is not to dense which is good from my taste:)
Poor service .. 4 people with staggered coffee arriving after 25 min .. each friend just finished one when next one arrives ..Churros arrived 45 min after the order was placed ?? Understaffed or just shoddy service ., note this is the third try at this place , hoping it would improve before I gave a negative feedback but unfortunately I had to do this in the hope the service improves ..The churros were doughy and tough inside but overcooked on the outside ..I look forward to managements come back on this
love the hot chocolate there but the service is TERRIBLE. I go there regularly and It's the only place I've seen where 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSURE they do only take away!! And they have all the chairs packed up. Also, quite rude servers. Once I waited at the register to be served and no one even noticed me so I had to walk out. Looks like the workers don't care at all about customers.

Wow had to pop in on passing as I couldn't keep my eyes off the chocolate! All sorts of goodies here to feast ones eyes upon. Tried the coffee which was quite creamy but lacked strength. Service a tad slow, but one can forgive that with so much chocolate
Fantastic place to have a coffee with friends and family on a quiet day. I would not recommend coming here during weekend as it tends to get really busy and noisy here. The coffee was made to perfection. Decoration is very nice and sleek. Good...More
Only had breakfast here today because I had my morning coffee at home already. The dishes we had ( mushroom bruschetta and eggs on toast were not bad like slightly above average. I like how our breads were tested. Might try their coffee next time.
Food is good quality and the menu is varied from your usual. Sitting can cater for solos or large numbers. Coffee was excellent. Meal sizes are enormous.

Nice place to have a meet up with friends. Tried the waffle and coffee, weren't as good as I expected but it was nice big serve.
Nice, quiet location on the upper floor and have never had a problem with the service. Staff are always friendly.
